Sales Rep (With Base Pay)

Omorfo Industrial is looking for a Sales Rep to help build our clientele in Southern California! This position will come with a base pay plus commissions, good benefits, and the potential for promotions. We are a tiny team from a startup company, and you will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Willingness to find and approach new leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Familiarity with retail math and basic sales techniques
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
