Responsibilities
Are you a master at identifying high-potential insurance sales candidates in specific geographic areas? Do you have a track record of executing talent acquisition strategies that result in an ongoing pipeline of top-notch talent across multiple states? If so, we want you to join our team!
As our Talent Acquisition specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing solutions that position our company and product brand as a leader in the marketplace. You'll maintain meticulous documentation on candidates, searches, and recruiting activities to ensure compliance with employment policies and processes.
We're looking for someone who can create and implement effective and efficient sourcing plans that attract only the highest-quality sales candidates. This includes setting deliverables, timelines, and tracking progress with measurable metrics. But it's not just about the numbers - we want someone who can be the friendly, personable face of our company in all dealings with internal and external candidates, living up to and representing our core values every step of the way.

Showcase your exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, and other relevant tools, to streamline processes, maintain records, and generate reports that inform decision-making and drive results.
