Sales/ Quality Control Manager

Office location is in Attleboro, MA. Must be able to report to the office 1-2 time per week

Responsibilities Include:

• Sales:
  • Traveling through out New England 90% of the time utilizing the Company vehicle
  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
  • Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
  • Master the construction sales process
  • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
  • Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports, daily logs of site visitation activities
  • Ensure all construction bids are consistent,
  • Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory
  • Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals
  • Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
  • Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
  • Maintain acceptable profit margins
  • Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
  • Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients
  • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided

• Employee Quality Control
  • Perform regular job site visits as assigned by CRM program and Manager
  • Interact with employees and our subcontractors to ensure efficiency targets are being hit or exceed
  • Promote a team atmosphere while visiting our jobsites
  • Enforce all company rules, policies, and procedures
  • Responsible for training and maintaining relationships with Time Savers field employees

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Sales Experience
• Construction background/ knowledge preferred
• OSHA10and or OSHA 30 preferred
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Management, Construction Science or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred

Compensation:
Base Salary: 47k to 55k
Commission: Quarterly
