- Must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Office location is in Attleboro, MA. Must be able to report to the office 1-2 time per week

- Traveling through out New England 90% of the time utilizing the Company vehicle
- Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
- Generate new business opportunities
- Master how to get construction leads and implement a lead generation strategy
- Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
- Master the construction sales process
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
- Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports, daily logs of site visitation activities
- Ensure all construction bids are consistent,
- Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory
- Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
- Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals
- Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities
- Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
- Maintain acceptable profit margins
- Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
- Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients
- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided

- Perform regular job site visits as assigned by CRM program and Manager
- Interact with employees and our subcontractors to ensure efficiency targets are being hit or exceed

- Enforce all company rules, policies, and procedures
- Responsible for training and maintaining relationships with Time Savers field employees
- 3+ years Sales Experience
- Construction background/ knowledge preferred
- OSHA10and or OSHA 30 preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Management, Construction Science or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred

Base Salary: 47k to 55k
Commission: Quarterly
