Sales Program Coordinator

We are offering a new opportunity within our Sales Programs team. The Sales Program Coordinator will directly support the BVM sales team with the creation, implementation, awarding, and reporting of all BVM Sales incentives and recognition programs. We are looking for someone to help execute the sales incentives and recognition programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is an effective and concise communicator with strong data analytic acumen with an eye for details and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with the Sales Program team to execute the sales incentive and recognition programs for sales field representatives
• Write, develop, and communicate easy-to-understand summaries of programs
• Monitor programs for success and develops recommendations to adjust incentive structures for business needs
• Effectively communicate program details, results, and updates to C-suite and key stakeholders
• Create intuitive tracking and assessment reports using Excel and other tools
• Work closely with Finance team with evaluating commission/leadership statements as sales incentive and recognition programs impact them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an analytics-driven role
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing organization
• Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner
• Strong project management, time management, and communication skills
• Customer Service mindset
• Problem solver with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to come into our home office (Brookfield, WI) office twice a week
