Your Purpose as a Sales Professional:
- The Sales Professional will show and sell new or pre-owned vehicles to potential customers. As a Sales Professional, you will serve as the the chief point of contact for customers throughout the purchase process. At Smart Motors we pride ourselves on employing sales staff that are professional in every respect and operate within our values and customer-focused selling philosophy. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options, and sales process.
Your Well-Being:
- Competitive Pay: $65,000 - $150,000+ annually (includes bonus/commission potential)

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to work nights and weekends required
- Must hold or obtain a valid Wisconsin DOT Salesperson license
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
