We are seeking a full time Sales Professional at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. We put people first and value integrity and attention to detail in our work. We’ll change everything you ever thought about working in the funeral services industry.
Our Sales Professionals are relationship builders who are accountable for serving client families by making at need cemetery arrangements, and selling pre-need arrangements. The responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, creating sales presentations, networking and building community relationships, retrieving referrals, and presenting informational seminars. We serve families by providing exemplary personalized service and play an essential role in generating revenue for the funeral home as well as acting as the primary contact for families.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
