Entry Level Sales Producers also known as our Proteges program are for individuals who are interested in learning the insurance industry and will be able to open their own agency after obtaining their insurance licensing and completing the one year program. The ideal candidate is an enterprising, business-minded individual with an interest in owning their own agency. You can either build an agency with or without financial investment or buy an already existing agency.
Training and Growth for the Insurance Sales Agency Owner position:
While having prior insurance/financial services experience is a plus, it is not required. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
- Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth
- Manage agency operations, including financial management, marketing and sales, and customer service
- Ambitious mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Colorado or willing to obtain licenses
- Unlimited earning potential, with the ability to earn bonuses and commissions on sales
