About The Role:
Intermedia is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our team for the summer of 2024. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales teams to support process improvement, implementation, and project management. You will gain hands-on experience in Sales Operations, business processes, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be prompt, professional, and eager to learn new things.
What you will be doing:
- Attend and participate in business meetings throughout the day
- Take notes to capture action items
- Assist with follow-up communication
- Assist with audits and data entry into various systems
- Assist/Create process documentation
- Participate in training sessions
- Learn about Intermedia's business and products
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What you will bring to the role:
- Availability for 5 days a week and 8 hours per day
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks
- Advocate for yourself by communicating your needs to manager/mentor
- Webcam during meetings preferred
- Work in an office setting for at least 1 year (preferred)
