Duties include: managing and developing mission critical Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions; reviewing candidate profiles, identifying and interviewing candidates suitable for the roles; proposing and staffing select resources to mission critical projects; analyzing and updating D365, Power Platform and sales revenue data; working with global offshore teams to update and maintain D365, Power Platform and sales revenue data; analyzing Sales and Revenue reports to identify opportunities for additional sales; collaborating with Sales representatives to identify staffing and sales opportunities; creating estimates and pricing for staffing and solutions to enable sales bookings; and collaborating with offshore teams to capture additional sales revenue and provide sales support.
Periodic travel to client sites is expected. Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Charlotte, NC. Basic Qualifications: The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or closely related field, plus at least four (4) years of experience as a Sales Operations Engineer, or as a CRM Developer, or in a similar role in a technology or IT consulting environment.
A qualified applicant's experience must include: 3 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code for Sales and Customer Service functionality; 4 years of experience working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and Microsoft .NET; 3 years of experience using C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, & Flow; 1 year of experience evaluating a candidate's technical skills based on client's requirements; 2 years of experience working with global and offshore teams for application and sales support; and 2 years of experience working with cross functional teams for training and staffing support.
