Description
The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting Sales Operations with the proposal audit and project creation process. This role also works closely with the Field Sales Team, communicating corrections needed for proposal approval submissions. The Sales Operations Assistant promotes sales growth by executing Sales Operations processes quickly, effectively, and accurately.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Partner with Outside Sales Consultants on proper submission process
- Set-up "Pending" Job Folders and keep update with all pertinent back-up documentation
- Assist Sales Consultants with questions as it relates to proposal creation tool
- Review proposals with SOM to ensure proper parameters are being met
- Review and approve all proposals Consultants to ensure pricing accuracy
- Gather all required information from the Sales Consultant
- Create Scopes of Work for projects upon approval of the proposal
- Enter customer and job information into CRM
- Data Clean-up Projects, as assigned
- Miscellaneous projects and assignments, as requested by SOM
- Adhere to company's Quality Management System, ISO's policies, processes and work instructions
Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills/Proficiencies:
- Administration, Office, and/or Sales Support
- Self-managed & motivated to complete tasks
- Highly Computer Literate, with strong MS Excel
- Ability to Learn Quickly Using Work Instructions
- Keen Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Required Experience:
- 1+ years: Working in an Administrative, Office, or Sales Support Role
- 1+ years: Customer Service Interaction, including problem solving with diplomacy
- 1+ years: Software Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- 1+Years: Working with a MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM Software
- 1+Years: Working in a sales orientated position or office (preferred, not required)
Work Environment:
- Work is performed primarily in a remote work-from-home environment
- Position requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks.
- Constantly requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, up to or beyond 8hrs.
