Sales & Marketing Specialist

Position: Marketing and Sales Specialist
Location: Remote
Compensation: Hourly, plus commission & bonus

Position Objective: As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, your primary goal is to engage and qualify prospects, scheduling 5-10 appointments per week for our sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

· Organize and execute email campaigns (700-1,000 sends per campaign/4 per month).

· Conduct 50 outbound calls daily to source leads.

· Drive the scheduling of 5-10 high-quality appointments per week for our sales representatives.

· Navigate our database (Zoho CRM, Excel, Zoominfo) to identify and prioritize potential clients.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring data integrity and efficient database management.

· Respond promptly to inquiries via email and schedule follow-up calls to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

· Collaborate with the sales team to align goals, target accounts, and messaging strategies.

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and planning skills (time and list management).

· Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT sales.

· Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks and targets.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to establish rapport and convey value over the phone.

· Proficient in email messaging, calendar management, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).

· Strong internet research skills.

Growth:

· With a positive review after 6 months begin closing deals up to $7,000 on your own.

· With a positive review after 12 months begin closing deals up to $20,000 on your own.

· After 24 months own a sales territory or shift to a sales development role.
