We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our industry-leading Team! You will become an important partner in helping us to grow our traffic safety & personal safety product lines in the Northern/Central California Territory. You will earn an hourly rate with the potential for high commissions. We are eager for a candidate that we can entrust with greater responsibilities and can prove to us their abilities to enter into a management role. We want to help you walk before you run. This position will start part-time but can grow to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers and government agencies
- Offer excellent customer solutions and customer service and build a loyal customer base.
- Reach agreed upon reasonable sales targets by the deadline via short-term tactics and long-term strategies
- Resolve customer product inquiries, pricing questions, and order status updates
- Keep customers aware of latest developments via phone, email and occasional customer visits
- Work with management to develop plans for the territory to expand and double its size.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have smartphone
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication & negotiation skills/ social media savvy
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated to learn and can work independently
- We are willing to train the right individual
