Sales Manageris responsible for leading a fully remote team of 15-25 highly-motivated phone sales closers, for a rapidly growing marketing services provider - recognized as a top place to work (philly.com), one of the nation's fastest growing companies (Inc 5000), and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating.
Responsibilities
- Managing, developing, coaching, and motivating the sales force to develop their sales skills
- Achieving exceptional performance results through efficient and effective management and leadership strategies
- Ensuring targets are delivered through people management, performance review, recognition , and motivation
- Preparing, updating and delivering all training materials for both new hires and tenured employees
- Determining individual coaching strategies and training needs by listening to sales calls daily and developing a strategy that fits the individual sales employee but remains consistent with our standard processes and procedures

Qualifications
- 2+ years of managing a sales team with documented results demonstrating exceptional performance
- Experience managing a phone-based sales force is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Permanent residency in any of the following states is required: FL, GA, SC, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, IN, MI, KY, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, or NV only.
- 45-50 hour standard weekly schedule comprised of weekday shifts and providing paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
