SALARY RANGE - $100,000 to $140,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of a product group strategic plan in accordance with incremental growth objectives and demand side economics. Ensure sales objectives are achievable relative to demand side economics.
- Identify, establish, and develop distribution channels. Formulate and implement product distribution and pricing models with distribution to ensure maximum incremental sales objectives and market penetration.
- Maintain a positive influence for activities associated with customer interface and development.
- Ensures distribution is effectively promoting and generating incremental growth objectives within their area of operation. Responsible for assessing customer expectations, application requirements and growth opportunities.
- Provides engineering and technical input associated with products and services to distribution relating to design, use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Provides and organizes technical training for sales team, distribution, and end users.
- Develop bid proposals for products and services.
- Monitors competitive products and marketing activities. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, sales technological and demographic influences to ensure corrective actions are implemented to minimize competitive influences.
- Establish and routinely monitor customer satisfaction levels, delivery, and pricing.
- Formulates and presents product activity reports to the senior management team.
- Analyzes and approves disposition of warranty claims or policy adjustments.
- Identify and formulate new product proposals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- May direct Sales personnel. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mining or related field from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
