Automotive Sales Manager

Roe Motors in Grants Pass, Oregon is currently hiring for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing family-owned dealership. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the new (GMC Truck and Buick) and the pre-owned vehicle sales departments which includes: sales desking, sales performance results, used vehicle acquistion, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic. Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements :

• Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business
• Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
• Maintains high customer satisfaction
• Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
• Trains and motivates sales team
• Oversees department inventory

Automotive Sales ManagerSkills and Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of Automotive Management Experience
• Automotive Finance & Insurance Experience
• Strong computer skills as specifically pertains to the automotive digital programs
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Proven track record of successful selling
• Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
• Valid Driver’s License

Required experience:

• Automotive Sales: 2 years
• Automotive Sales Management: 1 year
• Finance & Insurance Experience: Preferred

Required license or certification:

• Driver's License
• Must be insurable to drive with our insurance company
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
