Position: Sales Manager
Location: Davenport, Iowa
Our Davenport office serves Davenport and its surrounding communities.
Compensation: Commission-based, with a generous 10% of the total replacement cost as your commission. Our top performers typically earn between $80,000 and $130,000 annually.
A Day in Your Life:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating your own sales pipeline. Your day will include engaging with potential clients through door-to-door interactions while diligently tracking your progress using cutting-edge apps and our CRM system. You will conduct property inspections, identifying storm damages to exteriors. Once identified, you will skillfully guide property owners through the process of filing insurance claims. Additionally, we offer opportunities for retail work outside of insurance claims.
This position is designed with growth in mind, offering a clear path for career advancement. We provide comprehensive training resources, including instructional videos and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to support your professional development and set you up for success.
Weekly Schedule of Our Top Performers:
- Four days a week (Monday to Friday) with some early evening appointments.
- Half a day on the weekend.
Requirements:
- Ability to comfortably walk 2 to 3 miles per day.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- While prior experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this role.
Training and Development Program:
At R3 Roofing & Exteriors, we believe in investing in our team members to empower their growth and success. To ensure your journey with us begins on the right foot, we offer an intensive training and development program during the first 4 weeks of your employment. This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
Compensation during Training:
During your initial training period, you will receive compensation of up to $500 per week, with the potential to earn even more through commissions. To qualify for this compensation, you must meet the following criteria:
1. D2DU Video Engagement:
- Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per week to watch D2DU (Door-to-Door University) videos, a comprehensive resource designed to enhance your sales expertise.
2. Closer School Attendance:
- Attend all Closer School sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These sessions are essential for mastering the art of closing deals effectively.
3. Team Meetings Participation:
- Be present at our weekly team meetings conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 11 AM. These meetings foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within our team.
4. Contingency Sign-Up:
- Commit to signing up a minimum of 1 contingency per week. You will work closely with your dedicated Sales Manager to guide the client through each step of the process, ensuring a seamless experience.
