For the past four years L-Acoustics has now entered the verticals of Home & Yacht with the mantra of "Bring The Concert Home". We believe that discerning individuals should now be able to have access to the same pro audio technology used by artists such as Adele, Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Rammstein, Tiesto and many more in the comfort and privacy of their own homes or onboard their yachts.
L-Acoustics is looking for a Sales Manager for the Americas. Your contribution: to build a network of Audio Visual professionals who operate in the luxury residential & marine sector.
Job Description:
  • Evaluate market potential and set up sales target in collaboration with Management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop network of Certified AV Integrators in North America.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, decision makers and researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain and expand the company's existing network of Home & Yacht integrators within North America.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions including representing L-Acoustics at trade shows.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to grow our partners businesses.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications etc.
  • Ensures accurate recording of opportunities in CRM and provides monthly reports of sales performance, forecast, and market analysis to Management team.
  • Works collaboratively with Application & Communication teams and other key functions of the business for strategic planning.
  • Report on regular basis to direct & matrix manager.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of Audio Visual Sales experience working in premium AV sector at either distributor, integrator, or manufacturer.
  • Established relationships with top AV Integrators and decision-makers in residential and marine markets.
  • Intimate knowledge of the world of residential & marine AV integrators and competitive landscape in UK & Nordics.
  • Understanding of third-party AV solutions within the residential, marine and commercial markets
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented professional with a hunter attitude for strategic sales, adept at all phases of selling cycle, from lead creation, proposal preparation, negotiation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Expert at building and cultivating Relationships.
  • English & additional language is a plus.
  • Competent with systems (CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within North America
  • Awareness of the UHNWI world
  • Passionate about audio & music

Location and Travel:
  • USA - Remote
  • Quarterly meetings to be held at the Corporate Office of L-Acoustics, INC (Westlake Village, CA).
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Average expected travel is 50-75%.
  • Ability to travel to Europe
  • Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
