Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- managing a team of sales consultants, structuring a daily game plan and executing the plan
- overseeing customer lead generation, sales consultant interactions with the customers, and the sales process steps to sell a vehicle
- identify, understand, and affect change in the pursuit of more sold vehicles, and higher customer satisfaction
- training & assisting a team of sales consultants on process execution: customer needs analysis, affordability presentation, negotiations & closing the sale and positioning the customer to take delivery in the finance dept.
- having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve
- provide a world-class customer experience that generates retention & creates a positive ownership continuum for our customers
- building & maintaining relationships with the fellow sales & finance managers, office personnel, fixed operations depts., manufacturer representatives & most importantly the customers
- friendly competition & inter-group rivalry drive our culture, camaraderie, and performance

Employment Package:
- team oriented - performance based pay plan, including various incentives
- salary + commissions (compensation on the vehicle sale & vehicle financing)

- projected annual gross income range: $100,000 - $150,000+
