About the job/goals:
We are national beverage company that is growing rapidly and looking for a competent and aspiring sales Manager/Key Account Mangers.
The Sales Manger will have one primary role and that is to build and manages national sales accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Grow new sales both national and regional through cold calling and tradeshows.
· Develop, present, and implement marketing plans for new customers with VP of Sales
· Establishes and maintains multiple levels of relationships within each customer in order to identify needs and opportunities as well as to provide selling solutions.
· Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Research and Development functions.
· Consult with management and provide timely information and reports on retail sales activities, issues, trends, market changes, competitive developments, and other critical matters
· Limited traveling to meet new and potential customers.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
· BA or BS degree needed. Sales and Marketing concentration preferred.
· Creative, aggressive, customer driven, and results oriented.
· Proactive and entrepreneurial
· Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading, writing and presentation skills.

· Must be professional, honest, trustworthy, and have commitment to customer satisfaction
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Ability to work with all levels of management and develop lasting customer relationships
· Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Assist with sales forecast on assigned accounts for purchasing and operations team
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
· 2-4 years of experience
Physical Demands:
· Carry food product to customer meetings – both local and national
· Packing and shipping samples to prospective customers

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
