Client Engagement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of two current showrooms and future showrooms.
• Available during showroom hours 11am - 7pm, 3-4 week days per week plus additional flexible hours.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead sales efforts by aligning clients with an appropriate team members to realize client goals.
• Lead sales efforts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and team members on project progress and performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, quoting, purchasing, bookkeeping, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Organize operations for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Administration and Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account/client management roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work enthusiastically with a variety of team members.
• Proficient with computer software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,400.00 - $68,000.00 per year
