Job Role: As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for increasing memberships in your studio. You are responsible for generating new leads through marketing, networking, and referrals. You must bring in 25 new leads each month. You will work closely with the Regional Manager of your designated studio to reactivate frozen or old memberships through various customer reach outs i.e. phone calls, personalized emails or cards, inviting them back into the studio. You are responsible for tracking consistent members and converting to 2 annual memberships (per month). One key to your success will be the ability to motivate and encourage the front desk team for membership sales and upgrades. You are responsible for other various tasks as needed in the role. You must have a positive mindset and attitude and enjoy working with other team members. You must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as enjoy meeting with and engaging new people.
Must Haves:
- Must have 2 years experience as a sales associate with a proven track record of success
- Must have experience working with other teams and building key relationships for overall success
- Must have experience acquiring and retaining new leads through marketing, networking, referrals and community growth
- Must be able to remain accountable to weekly/monthly numbers
- Must be outgoing, friendly and enjoy talking with new people
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Plusses:
· Previous experience as a sales associate or in sales capacity in fitness space (gyms or studios)
· Experience running grassroots community events and able to generate warm leads from event

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
