As a Duracell Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the management of Duracell’s sales activities for one of our Segment Sales Team. Under the supervision of an experienced sales leader, you will be fully immersed in our business operations, learning both the brick-and-mortar and eCommerce sales channels. In addition to working with the Sales Team, you will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Logistics seeing first-hand how the business comes together to deliver the product to the consumer. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and marketing skills while learning what it takes to sustain a growing CPG business!
- Manage a budget.
- Support the Sales Team to drive the achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing to help drive brand awareness for Duracell’s newest technology.
- Conduct competitive analyses to identify market trends and competitor strategies, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and compile weekly sales/business reports.
- Uses POS data to analyze key indicators and provides recommendations for optimization.
- Partners with cross-functional teams across the business to analyze components of the business where problems/trends exist. Partner with Finance to help drive profitability.
- Supports the Sales Directors during the business review and product line review processes; works with key support functions to assist in preparing for negotiations; analyzes profitability.
- Works on various product tests, including inventory monitoring, in-store execution, visual merchandising, and analyzing results.
- Perform various administrative and tactical duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be a current degree-seeking student with a minimum 3.0 GPA, studying Business, Management, Marketing, or a related support field, preferably entering your Junior or Senior year.
