- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Previous experience in the automobile industry, with a strong understanding of dealership operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
