Sales Executive – Injection Molding – Base Salary to 120k/year – Miami, FL
- Our client, a leader in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Injection Molding, is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as maintain and grow existing customers in the Automotive & Medical sectors.
- In this role, the Sales Executive with develop, plan and carry out sales strategies focused on the acquisition and closure of new business.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Analyze all available information to determine new business opportunities.
- Identify clients and market segment opportunities
- Devise a plant for outreach & employ effective selling techniques and close sales
- Initiate contact with prospective clients at could benefit LSR molding services
- Attend or participate in sales events, meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibitions
- Assist in ensuring that all lead interaction is actively followed up on
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with potential and current customers
- Main point of contact between potential clients and internal teams such as engineering, quality and manufacturing
- Travel 35%- Nationwide and occasional international
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Engineering Preferred)
- Proven Experience in B2B Sales Position
- Thorough Knowledge of doing business with international customers & negotiating commercial terms
- 3+ years of Experience selling Plastics/Silicone/Rubber Products
- Injection Molding knowledge
- Bilingual - Spanish or German & English
Compensation for this role includes a Base Salary up to 120k/year, plus an annual bonus. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k.
