Sales Executive for Socorro, NM
Job Summary
We are customer-centric organization looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to secure new business and provide after-sale support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market’s potential.
- Present, promote and sell WNM Communications’ services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and customer visits.
- Manage sales process through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring a 30/60/90-day funnel of business for consistent revenue production.
- Coordinate sales efforts, installations, and customer issues with the proper department, maximizing the customer experience.
- Achieve agreed upon sales goals and outcomes within schedule.
- Establish visibility within the community to include attendance and engagement at various community events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented with proven experience as a Sales Executive.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communications skills with the ability to close deals.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Requires a valid state drivers’ license with satisfactory driving record.
Hours
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility.
- Evening and weekend community events as required.
Salary
- Base salary plus commission per sale. Performance based.
- Company paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance plan.
- Excellent retirement plan. Eligibility available after one year of service
Physical Requirements
- Must pass drug, alcohol and background checks prior to employment.
- Subject to 90-day orientation trial review.
