We're seeking an ambitious yet grounded Sales Executive to spearhead our North American expansion, working alongside a global team of visionaries.
This is a full-time opportunity with an independent contractor agreement, giving you the flexibility and autonomy to manage your work in alignment with the Chronicle's mission.
Role and Responsibilities:
As our Sales Executive, you'll be instrumental in the Chronicle's expansion across North America. You will:
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Lead every phase of the sales process from opportunity creation to product demo and presenting proposals to the board, while being the face of Chronicle, representing our values and mission in every interaction.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the bereavement industry, focusing on both B2B and B2G.
- Event Participation: Represent Chronicle at industry events and occasional customer visits.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage AI and refine proven techniques to maximize sales efficiency.
- Pipeline and Metric Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, leverage various channels, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Sales-Marketing Collaboration: Optimize sales efforts by working closely with our marketing team and contributing to targeted campaigns.
- Market Awareness and Adaptation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to refine sales strategies.
- Continuous Growth: Always be learning and improving yourself, your communication skills, and your sales strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B/B2G Sales experience with proven success in SaaS.
- Preferred bereavement industry experience or a genuine interest in the industry's nuances.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- CRM Proficiency: Adaptability to new systems for enhanced sales processes.
- Active Listening Skills: Proactive and creative approach to tailor solutions.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently and occasionally travel.
