About your new role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a technical Sales Engineering overlay building relationships with our Channel Sales Executives, their channel partners, and customers
- Drive voice/collaboration sales by owning the technical solution and trust with the customer from pre-sales to post sales.
- Engage with a diverse range of prospects and clients to align CommandLink’s offerings with their strategic business requirements, fostering a role as their go-to trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Sales teams to refine and advance our product roadmap, ensuring that we stay ahead of market demands and customer expectations.
- Harness your in-depth knowledge of the contact center landscape to provide astute, business-driven consulting that enhances our visibility and distinctiveness in a competitive market.
- Navigate fluidly through the various stages of the sales cycle, from initial technical discussions and solution crafting to final delivery and optimization, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Cultivate a customer-first mindset, passionately exploring how our solutions can generate tangible benefits for our clients, and working hand-in-hand with Sales to realize these opportunities.
- Take ownership of the technical facets of sales opportunities, driving home the value of our solutions and aiding the Sales team in converting prospects into satisfied clients.
- Conduct and oversee trial environments and demonstrations, ensuring that each step meets the prospect's unique business needs and goals.
- Lead informative webinars and compelling customer presentations that resonate and inform.
What you'll need for success:
- A profound grasp of CCaaS, UCaaS, Teams, and Ticketing systems, paired with a rich understanding of contact center operations and user workflows.
- An unmatched level of responsiveness to both internal teams and external clients, showcasing your commitment to exceptional service and support.
- Exceptional consulting and communication acumen, with a proven track record of building influential relationships across a diverse customer base, including high-level executives.
- Masterful presentation skills, adept at engaging audiences through a persuasive and educational “tell, show, tell” approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving prowess, with the ability to reverse-engineer customer issues to craft bespoke solutions that hit the mark.
