At DongKwang (DK) America, we are a global sales representative for a battery maker as a tier 1 supplier.

DK just set up a branch office in the US in 2023 and will start to supply products to US customers from the end of 2023.

We are dealing with chemical products for the battery industry and supply to global top customers in Korea, Europe, China, and the US.

Your Role (Sales Engineer) - Welcome to new employees (Just graduated from university)

• Executes local sales plans in line with the strategy to maintain and develop existing customers, and acquire new customers.
• Executes customer roadmap, and manages and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities.
• Executes pricing actions, and builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
• Provides input to managers on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in the territory.
• Coordinates with application engineers to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaints.

Your Role (Accounting) - Welcome to new employees (Just graduated from university or have a few years of experience)

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end closing

- Preparing Monthly closing based on US-GAAP

- Monthly PL review

• AR, AP management

- Review invoice/purchase order with accuracy or completeness in compliance with local tax and Group accounting policy

- Support financial closing activities

- Preparing payments and managing account payables in general

- Issuing Tax invoices with Sales orders, Inventory pick & send reports, etc.

• Tax & Others

- Support internal, external, and statutory audit

- Support Corporate tax return

- Support VAT filing & Support Withholding tax

Your Role (Test Quality Engineer, QC)

• Perform defect tests in the lab
• Muliti-function (Technical sales must be carried out in parallel with the quality control role)

YOUR SKILLS (General)

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially, Excel) is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English are required.
