Main Responsibilities
· generate and qualify leads
· source and develop client referrals
· respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person
· prepare sales action plans and strategies
· schedule sales activity, maintain records for sales reports, and create and submit expense reports
· respond to leads from CRM (Sharp Spring)
· develop and maintain a customer database
· make sales calls to new and existing clients
· develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
· negotiate with clients
· develop sales proposals and present sales quotes
· conduct product training
· ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
· identify and participate in sales events and trade shows
· monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
· travel both domestically and internationally
Education and Experience
· knowledge of principles and practices of sales
· familiarity with CRM systems
· knowledge of customer service
· experience in capital equipment sales is preferred
· proven ability to achieve sales targets
· education in or understanding of chemistry and/or chemical, electrical engineering and its applications in academic and industrial setting is an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
