Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Marketing & Sales Enablement, the Sales Enablement Program Lead supports the go-to-market motion by driving the Sales Enablement strategy and collaboration efforts with senior leaders for US Higher Ed and Canada including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales L&D to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth. This role uses strong and trusting relationships across functions to deliver Sales Enablement Programs that get results and infuses Sales and Marketing campaign efforts into one singular go-to-market campaign. This role builds programming that equips Sales with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful and to drive business objectives including taking share and improving sell-through and renewals.

Success in this role requires strong leadership capabilities with influence, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to achieve streamlined processes, marketing content, tools & resources, and training programs that enable Sales to meet and exceed their revenue targets and strategic marketing programs and products to achieve their revenue targets. It is essential for this role to demonstrate effectiveness of programs and seller satisfaction through measuring programs and time spent selling to impact revenue growth.

What you'll do here:

  • Develop and implement Sales Enablement Programs, tools, and resources to drive strategic priorities and achieve results.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to create and maintain sales content that effectively communicates product messaging and supports evolving market strategies.

  • Support sales process optimization by collaborating with Sales Leaders, Operations, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance customer experience. Measures impact, identifies areas for improvement, and implements standard processes.

  • Manage Sales Enablement tools and resources, including vPlaybook, Salesforce, and automation tools, to enhance sales effectiveness and reporting capabilities. Measures and improves usage and success of Sales Enablement platform and tools.

  • Drive alignment on priorities by collaborating with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to support revenue goals, product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales training. Monitors sales engagement.

  • Provide ongoing sales support and enablement by serving as a resource for the sales team, addressing inquiries, directing requests, and supporting annual sales meeting planning.

  • Measure and report on Sales Enablement effectiveness and business outcomes, establishing metrics and KPIs to track initiatives' impact on revenue. Provides regular updates, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills you will need here:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, Sales Enablement, sales training, or related roles.

  • Focus on driving sales performance and revenue growth and proficiency in Sales Enablement tools, CRM systems, and sales automation technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experienced in demonstrating influence, communication, and critical thinking to collaborate cross-functionally and drive impactful results.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and standard industry practices.

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales content strategies with an understanding of the customer journey framework, sales cycles, product lifecycle processes, and sales workflow & systems.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to adjust to leaders at all levels.

  • Strong project management abilities with experience running large scale programs and leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights including ability to develop simple Excel models and analysis.

  • A keen sense of urgency and ability to quickly adapt to change.

  • Knowledge of industry practices and emerging trends in Sales Enablement.

  • Willingness to travel by car and by air as required for business purposes.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$117,100.00 - $187,300.00 USD
