KASH Tech is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying services opportunities, and initiating sales conversations over the phone. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in software services sales while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify BI and data analytics projects requiring technical consulting and implementation services.
2. Qualify opportunities by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline for delivering the solution.
3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points and challenges to meet their project delivery goals..
4. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our data and analytics services.
5. Schedule follow-up calls with the KASH Tech Sales Director for interested prospects.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and conversion rates.
9. Continuously learn about our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
10. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
4. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
7. Basic understanding of software technology and industry terminology.
8. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or information technology is a plus.
