Are you looking to become a part of a culture that views your work as crucial? MHealth Fairview is looking for a Sales Development Representative! This benefits eligible position is a 1.0FTE (80 hours/2 weeks) remote on the day shift!

 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a part of the ClearScript sales team supporting new client growth objectives.

 

This position will be responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying sales leads.  The candidate will also be responsible for documenting sales leads and business profiles in the ClearScript Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool. 

 

The ideal candidate will have sales lead generation experience within the employee and pharmacy benefits sectors, including but not limited to, Healthcare Organizations, Self-Funded, Tribal Nations, and Public Sector clients. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the sales process in either a direct sales role or in a client-facing role that has supported business development efforts.

 


Responsibilities

Responsible for researching, contacting, and converting leads to qualified meetings for the sales executives:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in prospecting exercises geared towards driving growth opportunities in our key market segments
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling presentations that showcase ClearScript’s value proposition that win business and grow our client base. You will conduct the research and gather the data to support the development of the presentation, ensure presentations are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in ClearScript’s CRM tool.
  • Be knowledgeable of internal capabilities and support the organizational direction
  • Participate in the creation of certain technical activities and marketing pieces. This will require the candidate to work with marketing, legal and other stakeholders to develop and execute technical client-facing tactics
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and highlight these opportunities to leadership
  • Establish working relationship with key stakeholders within current or prospective clients
  • Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention

Qualifications

Required

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or the equivalent related work experience.

 

Experience

Persuasive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations

1-2 years’ experience in sales or related field

A history of strong sales results either as an individual contributor or as a pre-sales supporter in a similar field

Solid knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, and other enterprise technologies

 

Preferred

 

2-3+ years’ experience in new sales or lead generation

Demonstrated knowledge of the PBM industry

Experience with using CRM tools
