Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and delivering prospected leads through the sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams, you'll be instrumental in achieving our company's sales objectives.

An ideal candidate will have exceptional communication abilities, a robust work ethic, and a demonstrated history of sales accomplishments. If you're a self-driven sales enthusiast, we invite you to submit your application.

Essential Functions

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Researching prospects and verifying / updating their contact information
  • Warm and cold outreach (email, phone, Linkedin, etc) to prospects to gain attention and interest in your solution
  • Qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Setting appointments (Sales Qualified Leads)

Job Specifications

Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Optional/Desired

  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience selling or marketing SaaS services or IT

Incentive Structure: Salary + Commission This is a Performance-Based Opportunity: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on your performance. Our commission structure is designed to reward your success in driving leads and opportunities for our sales team. Performance is assessed every 90 days. Here's a breakdown of key metrics used to determine success in this role:

  • Sales qualified lead - Appointments set with sales team
  • Opportunity Created - Appointment converted to opportunities
  • Closed/Won opportunities
