About the Opportunity:
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the growth of our business by qualifying leads. Ideal candidates for this role are persistent, confident, and eager to be on the phone daily as this is an outbound prospecting role. This coupled with dedicated team interaction and involvement will be key to the success of this role.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Uphold and model Osborne Home's core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation at all times.
- Responsible for creating and building relationships with potential investors and buyers daily via phone, email, and text.
- Find and create leads via social prospecting using Company's preferred accounts.
- Manage the qualification process of buyers and investors on a weekly basis to meet metrics.
- Consistently follow-up and stay up to date with buyers to generate repeat sales.
- Meet all daily and weekly metrics for phone calls made, talk time, and qualification of buyers.
- Participate in daily team huddles every morning.
- Review your KPIs with your sales manager weekly for feedback, and improvement.
About You (Qualifications):
- 1 to 2 years of cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting experience
- Ability to work within Pacific Time Zone (business hours)
- Ability to operate modern devices and social media effectively
- Accommodating, cooperative, communicative, sociable, and driven personality
- Must have reliable laptop/computer with internet access
