Custom Facilities, a national leader in designing and construction of automotive dealerships, is searching for an experienced and organized individual to be our Sales and Marketing/New Business Development Manager.

Core Areas of Responsibilities:

Work directly with the President of the company for establishing the priority, the vision, and focus for the long term success of the company. This position is responsible for all aspect of Custom Facilities marketing objectives which includes all of, but not limited to: Creating, tracking all sales appointments and opportunities, all aspects of Social Media, Vision and maintenance of company’s web site, establishing a strategy, for all written, electronic, and other forms of media. Become the in house source and expert for internal publications for Sales, Trade Shows, Video, Brochures, POP’s items, and all other company image items. Learn, and have a current working understanding of all OEM image programs, their requirements, and compliance components. Develop working relationships with internal franchise opportunities for incorporation into dealer programs, and facilities. Create and maintain a working resource for all past, present, and potential customers, with internal controls for tracking, reoccurring contacts, and maintenance program. Some travel is required, but limited to Trade shows, training events, all pre-scheduled. Administrative assistant duties for the President of the company.

  • Contacts prospective dealerships to identify decision makers and corporate structure.
  • Intelligently uses website and email analytic tools to segment potential customers into the sales pipeline. Technology skills necessary, Apple iPad & Phone, Excel, Sales Force, other CRM’s, etc.
  • Preserves sales/marketing calendar that includes, schedule of direct mail marketing, automated email blasts, Trade Shows, Print Media, and lead generation while documenting work flow and all daily activities.
  • Implements the internal direct-mail marketing campaign as outlined by the President.
  • Generates reports showing lead flow through the sales funnel, customer touch points, and progress.
  • Generates marketing campaigns and events through measured and consistent follow up while maintaining the working resource for all past, present, and potential customers with internal controls for tracking. This includes all trade shows, set up-tear down arrangements. Customer events and opportunities.
  • Responsible for optimizing processes for tracking leads, customers, and opportunities from intimal contact to project completion.
  • A working familiarity with CRM, other business intelligence apps, and MS Office solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational and time management skills, including a proven history.
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Travel for pre- identified Events, Trade Shows, Industry Seminars, Training, ETC.
