Chicago Signs and Screen Printing is looking for a hunter/closer salesperson that likes to hustle and close deals.
Focusing on the Custom Apparel part of the business, (Screen Printing and Embroidery) we check a lot of boxes that a sales person looks for including:
- Full industry training on all products and services (Its apparel not rocket science)
- Leads
- A large and under marketed to client database
- A company that offers 5-Star products and services with the online reputation to prove it to perspective clients
- A comparative (to other industries) easy and quick sales cycle.
We can supply all of the above, you need to supply the 100% hustle it takes to be successful in any sales role.
At goal opportunity to make $65k-75K+ in first year and with clients becoming repeat customers 80%-90% of the time, 2nd year earnings can be significantly higher.

- History, ability, and willingness to hit sales activity and closed business goals
- Thoroughly follow up on all provided marketing leads
- Outbound marketing
- Networking both online and in person
- Semi-warm to cold phone calls
- Meeting decision makers where possible
- Professional work habits
- Ability to work both individually as well as with the rest of the team
Experience in sales is a plus, but more important is the willingness to be trained on our sales and marketing and a willingness to execute on our proven sales process.
