About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant at direct2you, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting our dynamic sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales cycle. You'll be the talent behind the scenes, orchestrating tasks, managing data, setting appointments, conducting follow ups, and keeping everyone on track to achieve ambitious goals that drive sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, providing product knowledge, and creating a seamless relationship between the sales team and the client. You will also contribute to our team dynamic by collaborating with other colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

- Schedule and Confirm appointments with existing clients
- Professional phone etiquette, reaching out to clients setting time for phone calls and going over the details of their program
- Strong phone presence is a must
- Use our CRM Platform to set appointment, reminders & follow ups
- Actively listen to customer needs and understand their requirements to offer recommendations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, features, and benefits.
- Assist customers, explain how our programs work, and answer any questions they may have.
- Upsell and/or cross-sell relevant products and services to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
Position Offer:
- Start date: February 12th, 2024
- $23-$25/ hour based on previous experience
- Inside Office Position M-Thurs. (Remote Friday’s)
- 40 hours a week
Training & Performance:
- You will train with both the administrative and sales team.
- Our Trainer will guide you through the fundamentals of the business so you can easily navigate all platforms.
- You will be given a 30, 60, 90-day review to determine whether this is a good fit for you and the company.
- Each month over 90 days, we will outline the month’s objectives and make sure we are on target to achieve current goals.

The Atmosphere
This position is a strictly in-office position. At the office, we provide beverages, snacks and staff lunches are provided periodically.
