The Position
The Production Coordinator reports to the President of the Company and is responsible for the fabrication and delivery of custom-made blinds and shades meeting the company’s service commitments to customers. Additional responsibilities include (i) coaching and training the production teams, (ii) continuously improve quality, delivery, material usage and production efficiency and (iii) work with the production team to solve production issues in a timely manner.
Requirements – What We are Looking For
- Someone who has worked for several years in the custom blinds and shades industry leading production teams.
- Someone who is looking for a “home” with a small 50-employee private company.
- Preferably lives within a short commute to Arvada, CO.
- Possesses strong project management skills; experience setting up a production line desirable.
- Hands-on, results oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable prioritizing needs based on tight timeframes and incomplete information due to changing circumstances.
Compensation
Compensation consisting of the total of:
A salary of $70,000 to $85,000 per year depending upon background and experience, plus
A quarterly bonus plan targeted at 15% of annual base pay.
Additional employee benefits include:
- 401(k) plan with company match.
- Work generally happens within the hours of 7am to 4pm. No significant overtime or travel.
- Health coverage for employee and 50% for dependents.
- Paid holidays.
- Eligible for summer Hours (i.e., Fridays off, 4 days 10 hours).
- 5 PTO days a year for initial year of employment, increasing with length of employment.
- Eligible for Christmas Break time off generally December 24th through January 3rd.

- Casual dress code.
