Performance Profile:
- Primary objective: grow surgical revenue 12% year over year.
- Bond with patients through empathy and compassion. Decisions are based on emotions, and we want patients to feel how much we care, beginning with the initial contact.
- Overcome objections by solving problems. We do not talk people into having surgery, but those who will have surgery somewhere should feel the care we extend to our patients by helping them overcome scheduling, financial, and recovery challenges.
- Take an interest in patients who don’t book to keep them in our practice family.
- Go the extra mile to set our practice apart from the rest.
- Use conversion rates to identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor the Customer Relationship Management data, patient reviews, conversion rates, and other feedback to identify where we excel and areas to improve as we continuously strive to be better.
- Establish value in our services. Our practice invests in staff training and facility safety, which is expensive. We compete on excellence, not cost, and the patients must feel that through the bonding process.
- Touch base with patients after surgery and celebrate their results. Your relationship is the glue to this practice. You are their supporter and their cheerleader.
- Manage patient flow for a seamless experience from initial contact to postoperative care.
- Coordinate patient appointments, surgery scheduling, and follow-up care with precision and empathy.
