Responsibilities:

• Present and Sell: Showcase and sell our products and services to both new and existing customers.
• Prospecting: Actively seek out potential customers and establish new business connections.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals within set deadlines.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer engagement through regular follow-ups, informing them of the latest incentives and updates.
• Closing Sales: Efficiently close sales transactions and ensure a smooth follow-up process

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Client Rapport: Excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
