The home remodeling season is approaching and Window Depot USA of St. Louis, an established and growing remodeling company is now accepting applications from experienced and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Our marketing area is the St. Louis Metro area and surrounding counties.
Your job will be to follow up on leads, meet with the homeowner, demonstrate our products, estimate the project and close the sale. Some estimates may require a second visit.

Requirements:
- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Remodeling experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be comfortable with the use of technology – MS Office, database management, I-Pad Apps, etc.
Schedule:
We prefer setting weekday appointments, but you may have sales calls 3-4 evenings a week and an occasional Saturday.
Compensation:
The right candidate can expect to earn between $80K – $100K in commissions the first year based on your work ethic and selling skills. Expect $100K + Year 2 and beyond, top performers in the industry earn in excess of $200K annually. Paid training during the first month of employment and guaranteed draws afterwards.
