. Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with helth, saftey, and quality standards.
. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, conducting stock takes, and minimizing waste.
. Implement training programs to staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
. Coordinate with kitche staff to ensure meal preperation, meal service is done on time.
. Smooth out proplems with in the workplace
. Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
. Fill in for Manager in times of absence. Make decisions on own.
Required Experience
Prior Manager expeience
