The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new customer accounts. Top performers can work both remotely and/or from our corporate office. As a Corporate Image Consultant (Sales Executive) your role will be to cultivate and nurture customer relationships by offering Ace ImageWear’s wide variety of industrial services that range in manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, animal healthcare, and commercial service industries. Role Requirements
The Corporate Image Consultant role demands 5-7 years of demonstrated success in territory sales and new business development in a B2B, or contract-based sales environment. Top performers must prospect, qualify, develop, and effectively influence key decision makers utilizing “warm” introductory calls, emails, targeted marketing efforts, social networking (LinkedIn) to build your network of prospects and customers. The most critical component of success in this role is NEW sales revenue growth in a regional territory.
Primary Responsibilities
This is a NEW business development role. Top performance requires a result-oriented, self-directed, competitive sales professional with a persistent, active, targeted approach to prospecting, qualifying, and developing new customers.
Role FOCUS includes:
- 75%- New Business Development- New Customer Development- prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing NEW customers to expand market presence within the territory.
- 25%- Service Support and Administration- Working with service to develop leads, track results, reporting, territory strategy, planning, proposals, and sales administration activities.

Compensation & Benefits- Ace ImageWear proudly offers a performance-based compensation model, featuring a competitive base salary of 37k annually, complemented by performance-based incentives and first-quarter guaranteed commission, along with an attractive benefits package that include medical, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, generous 401k programs and profit-sharing incentives.
