Client Relationship Specialist

We are looking for an intelligent, honest, and reliable administrative support personnel for a small financial services business in the Smyrna, Georgia area. This is a (9am – 5pm) in office role with a positive, exciting, and upbeat environment! Applicants for this job will be required to have a background check and will be working with confidential information and personal client account data.

Responsibilities Include:

-answering phone calls: including being a gate keeper

-making outgoing calls to existing clients for various reasons

-updating and organizing client personal information on a Client Relationship Manager

-greeting clients and visitors

-assisting clients with paperwork

-scanning and filing paperwork & documents

-preparing reports and mailers to teams and clients

-handling challenges and figuring out how to get things done

-renewing team licenses

-processing new business

-miscellaneous other responsibilities

Skills Required:

-solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc

-organizational & communication skills

-pleasant and positive demeanor with others

-Client Relationship manager knowledge
