Sales/Business Development role:

• Your primary responsibilities include: Direct outreach to companies seeking to hire quality talent; Networking with Consulting organizations to develop strategic partnerships; Engaging other recruitment agencies and presenting our value proposition.
• Your primary activities will be calling on decision makers and selling our value proposition.
• We provide the lists and all contact information for our target relationships.
• Once engaged, new relationships are handed off to our account management team to handle day to day management.
• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts.
• Track and record sales activity systematically in our CRM.

About You:

• You have 3+ years of sales and Business Development success.
• You are experienced selling over the telephone.
• You have the ability to effectively demonstrate our platform virtually and close sales.
• You desire flexibility.
