Business Development Representative

Turner Home Improvement Contractors, LLC located in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. Based on these appointments, our sales team will meet with homeowners and demo/sell our home improvement services. We are seeking an individual with a solid work ethic, is coachable, and has strong communication skills.

Hours are mostly flexible but will require the occasional Saturday or set time period.

You will be responsible for going door to door directly to potential customers’ homes, generate interest in our services, collect basic information, and schedule a future appointment for our home improvement services.
