RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Creatively deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner.
- Regular on-time attendance, able to work flexible shifts- night, weekends holiday shifts, and overtime as needed and approved.
- Highly motivated to learn cannabis science and the cannabis industry
- Continuously increase product knowledge to ensure most update information and advice to the consumer.
- Great care and concern must be taken with every guest.
- Succinct communication-both verbal and written.
- Ability to organize, prioritize & multi-task.
- Discretion, and sound judgement in dealing with confidential business matters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.
- As a member of a team, it is also important to achieve team and individual performance goals.
- Opening and closing check lists are to be completed.
- Report any errors, inconsistencies, or hazards to Store Lead.
- Assist with inventory procedures
- Perform other duties as required.
