We are looking for a part time Sales Associate28 to 32 hours per week at $12.00 per hour for our Kokomo In office. Must be flexible to cover multiple days during the week. Current hours are 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is a commission-based compensation plan with potential to earn $50K to $75K per year.
This role will be responsible for all sales activities in the office to include lead follow- ups and closures, customer service, digital advertising / marketing responses, in person / on phone customer interactions, accurate quoting of buildings and more. A comprehensive on-boarding process is in place to learn all systems, processes and product lines to ensure success. Skills:
Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills- MS Office, Basic Platforms, etc
Must possess good interpersonal skills in person, online and on the phone
Must possess good math skills as you will be generating a lot of quotes
Must be able to show up to work on time and ready to work
Must be able to navigate social media platforms
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 per hour plus 7% commission for sales
