Job Summary:

You'll be the mastermind behind patient engagement, channeling their needs into a personalized journey of oral health excellence. Your role is more than just scheduling; it's about being the patient champion, ensuring they receive the optimal treatment they need for a confident smile.

Salary: $21 - $32 per hour (plus commission)

Your New Dental Home:

• 5-day work week (Monday - Friday)

Our Perfect Candidate:

An inspiring Treatment Coordinator comfortable managing the front office, meeting production and collection goals, and having specialized skills in scheduling and closing patient cases. Must be solutions-focused and provide the best service possible.

• Sales Savvy: Your infectious enthusiasm and persuasive charm can turn a hesitant patient into a confident decision-maker.
• Customer Service Maestro: Delivering top-notch service and an exceptional experience is your default setting.
• Communication Ninja: An expert in conveying complex dental terms in an easily digestible manner to guide patients to a positive decision.
• Technology Guru: Pro at managing Eaglesoft and proficient in Gmail, Word & Excel.
• Leader by Example: Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and motivating the team to excel.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Able to quickly find solutions to patient concerns, time, or financial obstacles.

Additional Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage pre-qualified warm leads and conduct outbound follow-up calls to guide patients through their treatment buying journey.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand patients' needs and preferences.
• Recommend financial arrangements aligned with patients' needs and provide peace of mind.
• Collaborate closely with providers to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional patient care.
• Exceed monthly sales targets, unlocking uncapped commissions and limitless earning potential.

Requirements:

• Positive "Can-Do" Attitude
• Proven track record of successful inside sales experience, preferably in dentistry or a related industry
  
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivation and exceptional time management skills.
• Empathetic nature and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients' lives.

Other Requirements:

• Efficient with Eaglesoft (Highly Preferred)
• Proficient with Gmail, Word & Excel
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively to supporting team members
• Strong leadership, initiative, and excellent customer service skills
• BI-LINGUAL candidates with fluency in English and SPANISH are a plus and highly desirable
