Sales associate - Looking for a highly motivated self starter who is passionate about working with customers to build strong customer relationships. Opportunity to learn from the bottom up regarding watches, gemstones, diamonds and jewelry.

• Be able to work a full time schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9:15-5:30 with additional holiday hours and hours for special events
• Ability to work in a fast paced team driven environment
• Highly motivated, proactive and results driven

Responsibilities:

• High level of customer service, and go above and beyond through entire selling process.
• Maintain an active, accurate and organized book of business, contact clients regularly regarding repairs, trunk shows and special occasions
• Foster open and constructive communication to ensure consistent experience
• Conduct necessary inventory reconciliation, inventory entry and administrative tasks
• Daily set up and breakdown of product in the store.
• Critically think through problems and find effective solutions to meet clients needs.
• Communicate with vendors and production team regularly
• Create robust wishlists for clients and offer suggestions that meets their needs
• Work the sales floor and follow up on previous sales, repairs, special orders in a timely matter to provide the best customer service experience possible.
• Acquire mechanize as needed for clients to view.
• Assist in all aspects of the sales process from repair, custom and bridal shopping.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
